Support for San Francisco Safehouse

I'm excited to share that I've made a donation from my commissions today to the incredible organization, San Francisco Safehouse. Their mission is deeply impactful, focusing on providing a nurturing sanctuary for women facing housing instability, empowering them to reclaim their lives and thrive.

A dear friend of mine served as a Board member for this organization. Their efforts focus on supporting women by creating survivor-centered spaces, services, advocacy and community education. They provide gender-specific, supportive services and transitional housing to unhoused survivors of sexual exploitation and sex-trafficking. Their recovery services enable women to work through their trauma in a healing environment while developing vital independent living skills.  To date, they've provided housing and support to over 1,000 women, totaling more than 190,000 nights of safety—a remarkable achievement!

Currently, they're expanding their Transitional House program to accommodate women with minor children and working towards establishing permanent housing programs. Our donations play a crucial role in supporting these efforts, allowing San Francisco Safehouse to foster an environment of personal responsibility and unwavering respect for every woman seeking solace within their sanctuary.
