Conventional: 6.99 – 7.375% (depending on loan amount)
Jumbo: 7 – 7.25% (depending on loan amount)
FHA: 6.25%
VA: 6.25%
Conventional Investment: 7.49%
As a reminder, the new CalHFA loan program application deadline is coming up on April 29th. There is still time to get preapproved and apply! If you would like more information on this program, please let me know!
