I have a time-sensitive announcement regarding an incredible loan program: the CalHFA Dream For All Shared Appreciation Loan!

This program offers a loan covering 20% of the home purchase price for down payment and closing costs, catering to qualifying applicants, particularly First Generation Homebuyers.
